CHA Photos

There is so much I could say about this trip, but I don't even know where to begin. It was really fun to meet all the girls I talk to online. The people in the Creative Imaginations booth and Creative Cafe booth were wonderful. I didn't take all that many pics. The first one is myself with Cheryl Mezetti. She was way cool as I imagined she would be and had the most awesome accent. The second is Melody Langworthy filling with pocket with buttons from the Creative Cafe display. What a hoot!
The third is my girlfriend Lydie displaying our confusion with the map of Chicago. Does she look like a tourist or what?? Hee, Hee! She clung to that thing for dear life, but in the end we ended up lost anyway. The last is me in taking a break outside the convention center. That's all for now. I'll post a couple more later. I'm off to work today!

I'm Back!

I'm home safe and sound. So tired and lots of workshops for school this week. Hopefully I can get some pics on of all the good times tomorrow!

I like to whine about things. Some- times. Just who I am. I mostly save it for my best friend to hear. So, I was whining this time that I am out of good pictures to scrap and therefore I can't. She said I had tons and if I looked through them I would find something to edit that would be beautiful. I hate it when she's right (which is often).

Park Time

It has been so hot here, but the little ones have been begging to go to the park. We went last night and the heat did not seem to bother them. The little one is learning to hide from the camera. He allowed me to take this one. Ha!

Happy Day After the 4th!

Hope everyone had a wonderful 4th. We had so much fun. The little guy and I had to take a very long nap before Fireworks. :)

This is what we've been doing. Just hanging out. My daughter thinks she needs to have a friend over or being doing something every second, so she finally joined her brother and I for a little backyard fun.

As promised, here is my scrappy post.
Love this new Art Warehouse chipboard. It comes in these cute little clear buckets. I stamped on the felt and the chipboard with Art Warehouse/Hampton stamps. So much fun. The patterned paper is the AW Fresh line.

Box Scrapping

So I was playing around in Photoshop. I'm not sure I like this. What do you think? I wish I had more time to figure this stuff out. I'm sure you are getting tired of all the pics. There will be a scrappy post tomorrow! I promise. I had a class tonight and it was so much fun. It was a small class, but the girls were so easy going and really great to work with. I'm up late cleaning my scrapbook room. I have been box scrapping again. If you are not a slob let me clue you in to what "box scrapping" is. It is when your scrapbook table gets so much CROP on it that you can no longer use the table. You must find a plastic storage box and set it on your lap to scrap. Yikes!! I will get control! I would take a picture, but I'm just too embarrassed. See you tomorrow!

Catching Bubbles

I don't advise catching bubbles like this! She's such a goof! Not much going on. We had a nice Father's Day, but I haven't even downloaded any pics of that yet. I finally finished all the top secret projects I have been working on. I'm too tired to scrap anything else now! Hope you have a Super Day!

Some simple cards...

Nothing exciting, but I felt I should post something. My daughter colored the card with the stamps on it. I think she did an awesome job! We went out of town for a couple of days and I have been trying to catch up since we got home. My best friend turned 31 yesterday...ha! So glad she caught up to me. It's better when we are the same age. :)This is such a random post, but I hope you have a super Friday!!

Summer begins...

Officially today. This is our first entire day out of school. My daughter announced before noon while at the park, "I am so bored." Sheesh! I took them to the park. How can the park be boring. She begged all day for a friend to come over. Yes, she won. I would hate to ruin her life and all.

Are you sick of the yellow wall pictures yet? My friend Will took this one. He sent it to me tonight. It was so nice of him to go with me. Not much going on. I have made like 8 projects in the last couple of days. I'm pooped. I wish I could share, but not yet. When I do there will be a flood :) I went to my new school today and got to look around my room. I'm so excited!

Monday!!

Not too much to blog about. I don't have any scrappy projects I can share right now. We had a really nice weekend. I took the kids to see Shrek last night. I think taking a 3 year old to a movie is really hazardous to your health. At least I remembered why it had been awhile since I had taken them a movie. Here are a couple pics from Friday night. The little guy insisted I take a picture of his wet footprints. Love his cute little dirty feet. I'm off to work for my very last day this year and my last day at this school. Hope your Monday is wonderful!!
